East Anglia Inclusion Partners was formed to create a trusted regional offer that combines practical expertise with collaborative values. We aim to uplift inclusive practices across schools and trusts by connecting specialist professionals committed to sustainable improvement and better outcomes for children and young people.
Meet Our Team of Specialists
Our members include SEND experts, leaders, and educators who bring diverse knowledge and hands-on experience. Together, we support schools with reviews, coaching, and tailored training to ensure inclusive practices are effective and impactful.
Our Specialists
East Anglia Inclusion Partners draws on a strong network of specialists with expertise in SEND and inclusion, school finance, Specialist Resource Bases and units, outdoor education, and residential trips. This enables us to offer schools and trusts practical, trusted support that strengthens provision and promotes better outcomes for children and young people.

An experienced senior school leader with a strong background in supporting children and young people with learning difficulties, autism, and challenging behaviours. They bring a proven track record of developing innovative curriculum practice and improving the quality of education across specialist school settings.
An experienced education business and systems leader with a specialist focus on SEND, bringing senior expertise across finance, operations, governance, and organisational development. Their career includes leadership roles as Group Director of Finance and Operations and Chief Finance and Operations Officer, alongside trustee experience with Pioneer Learning Trust.
They are committed to strengthening the systems that enable schools and trusts to deliver inclusive, sustainable and well-managed provision. Their wider professional contribution includes involvement with WomenEd Eastern, NNoSS School Business Professionals, and CIPFA School Financial and Operational Leadership.
B.Ed (hons), MA(Ed), NPQH, NPQEL
As a senior Multi-Academy Trust and system leader, they bring extensive executive experience across SEND, special education, inclusion, and outdoor learning. Their career has included senior roles as a Chief Executive and Regional Director, where they have led strategic growth, strengthened governance, overseen financial stewardship, and developed high-quality provision across complex education settings.
Their work is driven by a commitment to innovative, inclusive and sustainable practice. They have worked closely with trusts, local authorities, and schools to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND, supporting the development of new provision, organisational improvement, trauma-informed approaches, and strong leadership pipelines.
They are passionate about building ambitious systems that help young people with diverse needs thrive, achieve, and take their place confidently in society.
