Our Story and Mission

East Anglia Inclusion Partners was formed to create a trusted regional offer that combines practical expertise with collaborative values. We aim to uplift inclusive practices across schools and trusts by connecting specialist professionals committed to sustainable improvement and better outcomes for children and young people.

Meet Our Team of Specialists

Our members include SEND experts, leaders, and educators who bring diverse knowledge and hands-on experience. Together, we support schools with reviews, coaching, and tailored training to ensure inclusive practices are effective and impactful.

Our Partners cover a wide range of expertise in SEND /Incluin, Finance isn schools and especially around Units/SRB's, use of outdoor aducation and residential trips.

 

 Lawrence Chapman

Senior Multi-Academy Trust and system leader with extensive executive experience in SEND, special education, inclusion, and outdoor learning. Proven track record as a Chief Executive and Regional Director, leading strategic growth, governance, financial stewardship, and high-quality provision across complex educational organisations.

Recognised for delivering innovative and inclusive practice through strong partnership working with trusts, local authorities, and schools to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEND. Brings particular expertise in developing new provision, leading organisational improvement, driving trauma-informed practice, and building leadership capacity through succession planning and talent development.

Passionate about creating ambitious, sustainable systems that enable young people with diverse needs to thrive, achieve, and secure a meaningful place in society.
