SEND Provision & Reform planning
We can support schools and trusts to develop ideas and plans for SEND units or satellite provision, drawing on direct experience of creating both. Our support can include building design considerations, admissions policy, curriculum planning, staffing structures, recruitment, and training. We can also provide guidance and practical advice to help you draft and develop your trust or school reform plan

Finance
We can advise schools and trusts on all aspects of school finance, with particular expertise in SEND funding and financial planning for units and Specialist Resource Bases. Our support can help you understand cost structures, review sustainability, and explore funding models that reflect the complexity of SEND provision. Where standard ICFP approaches may not fully capture the needs of SEND settings, we can work with you to identify more appropriate models for mainstream and specialist schools
Training
We offer tailored training for every part of your team, including governors, senior leaders, teachers, and support staff. Our training can cover all aspects of SEND and inclusion, including SEND reforms, trauma-informed practice, understanding SEMH, communication in the classroom, FASD awareness, and other areas shaped around the needs of your school or trust.

He can provide advice, guidance and training on establishing Forest School provision, delivering the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, and planning residential experiences in the UK and overseas for students with SEND
